Pathmasters are fun, cooperative review activities you can use with the entire class! They get everyone up out of their seats and moving around the room to solve problems. There are 20 stations, yet students do not go to them in numerical order; instead, it is a puzzle with a mystery order that students unravel by answering review questions. In other words, students are “pathmasters” as they travel through the stations in the order their answers take them.
This pathmaster has 20 review stations focusing on place value review. Students will identify place value of whole numbers up into the billions and decimals into the thousandths, read and write numbers in standard, word, and expanded form, and add and subtract whole numbers and decimals.
