This math SmartBoard Lesson can be used as a classroom game. In my classroom, I compete against my students to see who can create the greatest number and then who can create the smallest number. We take turns using the number generator and dice, and then we place that number in the place value chart. My students really love this game because they have a chance to "beat" the teacher!! It is geared for 3rd graders and meets the Georgia Performance (GPS) standards for math. While playing this game, students are getting tons of practice with their place value skills.
