I created this place value and rounding game as a fun way to practice writing 2-digit numbers and rounding to the nearest ten. Students take turns rolling a die twice, recording their 2-digit number, then rounding it to the nearest 10. If they get the highest number, they circle it and win that round. There are 10 rounds on the sheet, and you could copy it 2-sided to have 20. If there is a tie, they put a box around the number. I plan to use this as a math center during math rotations, but it can even be played at the end of a lesson to wrap it up or review.
