Note: This set does not include the math problems. You will type your own math problems into the many choices of forms provided. This set provides you the teaching slideshow and structure to help students learn how to solve and write about math problems.

Differentiate!  Included are various forms you can use to differentiate this process for your students. Some forms come with/without titles, with/without graph paper, and have lined/unlined versions.  This is so you can choose what is most appropriate for each student. The ultimate goal is for students to be able to use the blank form and draw the “I” and complete all steps in the problem solving process on their own.

Use the editable PPT version of the forms to type your own math word problems at the top of the worksheets own the set.
