Ean’s Sub Shop
I use this as a center for students to use during reading and also math workshop.
Students can complete the activities during independent working time while I am taking small groups or teaching mini lessons to other students.

Fluently add and subtract within 1000 using strategies and algorithms based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction.
Solve two-step word problems using the four operations. Represent these problems using equations with a letter standing for the unknown quantity. Assess the reasonableness of answers using mental computation and estimation strategies including rounding.
Ask and answer questions to demonstrate understanding of a text, referring explicitly to the text as the basis for the answers.
