This review game is a team activity, but encourages each student and each team to participate in solving all of the problems (unlike traditional Jeopardy games, etc). The included rules allow chances for each team to set the pace for their own questions, so slower students will still have time to finish their questions, but faster students won’t have to wait for every question. Each team can earn points for every question, so there is no down time while students are waiting for their turn.
Each Math Star review game contains 15 questions at three levels of difficulty/complexity, and one final bonus challenge question. The main game slide contains buttons that bring you to each question. Each question button disappears after the question is answered. All question slides will display the answer when clicked, and contain a home button to return to the main screen.
This game runs in PowerPoint and is compatible with PC and Mac computers.
