A fun way to review math concepts!
Print the pages with task cards on one side, picture on the other. Cut out so the picture becomes a puzzle.
These math puzzles work much like regular task cards.
Put students into teams. Teams get one puzzles piece (task card) at a time. They do the math, return to you to check their work. If they've got the right answer, they can get their next piece. Once they've received all 8 pieces they turn them over to do the puzzle and read the quote.
You may also use them as regular task cards, an early finisher activity (do the task cards and solve the puzzle, etc.)
Make it fun by turning it into a race or doing multiple puzzles that students can go through like "levels".
