This lesson is intended for a quick 5-10 minute review on the basic geometric shapes: circle, square, rectangle, oval, and triangle.
Objective: Introduce name of shapes, what they look like, identify real world objects that represent these shapes and classify shapes with/without corners, straight edges, etc.
Slides contain Q&A format to engage students and promote critical thinking skills and a visual feedback animations to help students.
You may add additional slides to include more shapes if necessary with minimal editing(contact me for info, I will gladly provide assistance!) .
Use the enter or arrow keys to move onto the next slide. Interactive slides will require the mouse to click on a correct response upon which triggers a button to continue onto the next slide. If you have any questions, comments or concerns feel free to contact me.
