This discounted bundle was created upon request for teachers who bought one of the Entire Year of Math bundles and wanted the other to use while teaching a split grade.

Please note: This is not specifically designed for a split grade. The lessons, tests, and study guides are different between the grades, but some of the stations and supplementary resources are used in both.

***Please download the preview for an example of what you will be purchasing.***

This bundle includes:

Grade 7 Entire Year of Math Bundle

Grade 8 Entire Year of Math Bundle

These are GROWING BUNDLES. we have been adding new ideas and activities to all of our units.

Included in this package:

→ One 3-part lesson corresponding to each expectation of the Ontario curriculum. In some instances, there are two lessons to cover an expectation because of the depth and/or difficulty. I would suggest you move on at apace appropriate for your students.

→ Lessons include expectations, learning goals, examples, minds on activities, action activities, extension/discussion activities, and consolidation activities.

→ Each lesson has a Google Slide/PowerPoint presentation. I project this in my classroom for students to see. It cuts down on photocopies and makes life much easier because the setup is done in advance

→ I have added STATIONS for students to work on the material in a different way. I typically spend some time with a GUIDED GROUP for the first half of the period and monitor/assess during the second half of the period. If you have a challenging class, this can a difficult routine to establish, but well worth the effort! If you have bought a unit that does not yet have stations, they are being added daily.

→ In most units, I have included a LARGE GROUP ACTIVITY (GAME). I typically use the I Have ... Who Has ... and BINGO games as a review.

→ In most units, I have included both a STUDY GUIDE and UNIT TEST. I give the students the STUDY GUIDE at the beginning of the unit and have them meet with me periodically before the test to ensure they understand the material

→ When I don’t give a test, I have provided a CULMINATING ACTIVITY. In most cases, I have provided an outline and some suggested SUCCESS CRITERIA (LOOK FORS). Typically, I have students add to the list of SUCCESS CRITERIA and we create a rubric as a class.

→ I have also included some tracking sheet templates and rubrics that can be used or edited to track student progress.
