**Description**

Over 100 sixth grade math terms are covered. The crosswords are organized by domain. Five crosswords for each of the 6th grade math domains: Statistics & Probability; Expressions & Equations; Ratios & Proportions; The Number System; and Geometry. Each domain has five differently keyed crosswords for a total of twenty-five unique crosswords. The clues and answers are the same but the order and location within the crossword grid is different.

I use 'em in sub plans, homework packets, early finisher work. I assign them more than once a school year, too! The kids have yet to notice!

**How I use them...**

I like to use these throughout the year to teach and reteach sixth grade math vocabulary. They work well for sixth grade math homework packets, test prep, and early finisher work, too. I like to distribute differently keyed crosswords to the kids because it helps prevent them from copying each other’s answers. When I go to the copy machine, I bring all five pairs of crosswords and clues. Then I divide the number of students by five to determine how many copies I need. For example, a class of thirty students requires six copies. I copy them two sided so I don’t have to staple anything; crossword on one side, clues on the other. Just make sure to keep the crosswords and clues in the right order when you put them in the copy machine feeder.
