Math on a Roll games are the best way for your students to practice the math skills you are teaching. This can be done with partners, in your small math groups, or even for homework. This can even be used digitally. Students also need a deck of cards and some other basic math manipulatives. Students simply roll a die and answer the corresponding problem by drawing number cards and placing them the way they are shown. Typically 1 is the easiest problem, and 6 is the most difficult problem on the page (but still not so hard that students can't do them independently.) This is a great resource that you and your students will love, and since students are drawing cards for each problem, they are practicing without doing the same problems over and over.
