This is a lesson plan for younger elementary to create Spinning Pinwheels. By the end of this lesson, each student or partner group will have created a pinwheels (or other design) that spins when touched.
Prior to teaching this lesson, a basic familiarity of Scratch Jr is encouraged, but not necessary. This lesson could be used to incorporate STEM or in a technology/computer lab. We used these lessons after Hour of Code week in my computer class! This program only works with Scratch Jr!!
