This activity can be used to help students think more deeply about pre-Columbian civilizations and how they were run. Students will use readings and other class information to make a decision about which civilization they would most like to be a part of. They will then give reasons why they want to be a part of their chosen civilization and why they would not like to be a part of their rejected civilizations. This can be used leading up to Venn diagrams comparing and contrasting the civilization or debates about the civilizations.
