"Mayonnaise, Mustard, Ketchup, CATCH-UP," is something I say/post in my classroom when I'm trying to keep up with which students are behind and need to catch-up. I just post my laminated poster on the board and they sign their names under it. As soon as they are caught-up and have the work turned in, they erase their name. I've found that "mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup" is non-threatening and a play on words when trying to get kids to catchup. Perfect for time management.
