This activity is a good review of understanding how to "Find the Axis of Symmetry"
of a quadratic function written in Standard & Vertex Form
. It is a good practice of the formula:

It is also a good practice of recognizing the axis of symmetry when written as part of the vertex form:
/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ f(x) = a(x - h)^2 + k
Some of the quadratic functions are written in standard form while others are NOT. Some functions are missing the linear term while others are missing the constant term. Some quadratic functions have fractions coefficients.
There are 15 quadratic functions provided in this maze. From start to end, the student will be able to answer 14 questions out of the 15 provided to get to the end of the maze.
