This is a set of questions that correlate with the McGraw Hill Wonders Reading Series, "The Unbreakable Code". I have created a set of questions that go along with the passage "Books for Victory" found on workbook pages 253 and 254. The questions I have created require students to look back in the text to find their answers. I encourage my students to highlight the portion of the passage that helps them find their answer. I believe this is a great way to prepare students to take standardized tests as well as form a habit of "proving" their answers by finding text support. This is a skill that students MUST conquer in order to be successful with the new common core standards.
I have several other activities that correlate with this story. Please take a look and see if anything interests you. Thank you for considering my products. Please leave feedback if you enjoy using them in your classroom and to receive your TPT credits. THANKS!
The use of Summer Pittman's Dr. Seuss graphics were used on this product! Thanks!
