This is a vocabulary review sheet that aligns with the McGraw Hill Wonders Reading Series. This vocabulary review sheet correlates with the reading story from Unit 5, Week 4, "When is a Planet not a Planet".
Students are asked to define the vocabulary terms. The second portion of the activity requires students to create original sentences using the terms. Their sentences most show a full understanding of the word meaning. This is an excellent opportunity for students to show their understanding of the terms while practicing proper grammar skills.
This vocabulary review activity is an activity that students may complete in pairs or individually. The vocabulary review can be displayed and completed with the entire class. It could also be useful if you are going over the vocabulary review together, or if you are using it in a center. It would make the center self-checking.
This product is also available in my vocabulary bundle with 2 sets of vocabulary cards and a vocabulary organizer. This is a great way to get everything you need for your week's vocabulary skills.
I hope you enjoy these products. Please be on the lookout for more products related to the Wonders Series. Please remember to leave feedback! Thank you!
