This is a great way to introduce students to the concepts of mean, median, and mode as well as have them see how the relationship between mean, median, and mode changes when you add more numbers to a set of data!
This product contains information (that can be used for notes) on how to find the mean, median, and mode in a set of data, as well as practice sheets with answer keys.
It also contains the rules to a card game, a “Cheat Sheet” to help students remember the value of the face cards, a score sheet for students to keep track of their individual scores, and a page that requires students to analyze how the mean, median, and mode changes when you add more numbers to a set of data.
Please Note: In order for students to play the game, you will need to provide each group (2-4 students) with a complete deck of cards (including the Jokers).
