This file includes two posters focused on Meaningful Discussions. One poster focuses on the acronym SLANT which provides the student with nonverbal cues they should use when engaged in a discussion. The other poster focuses on guidelines when engaged in a "Meaningful Discussion". Both posters are useful to have hanging in your room as a reminder to the student how to be an active listener. This can be used in all classroom environments, as students are expected to engage in discussions and conversations with their peers and teachers using "Accountable Talk" as a guide.
