Help your students master converting both U.S. Customary and Metric measurements with these fun and interactive Bump games! The only materials needed are two regular dice and 10 markers in one color and 10 in another color. I like using linking cubes since they can be “locked,” but any other type of marker also works well.
On the direction sheet, students will find a measurement based on their dice roll. Then, they will cover an equivalent measurement on the game mat. Your kids will love trying to “Bump” each other off the game mat!
This set includes two separate Bump games with the same format—a U.S. Customary version and a Metric version. I included conversion tables so your students can use them while playing.
This game is aligned to the Common Core State Standard 4.MD.1.
These Bump games go perfectly with my Kickin' it with Conversions task cards, which you can view HERE
