Do you remember one of your favorite childhood games, Chutes and Ladders?! Well, now your kids can play it while reviewing measurement conversions and word problems.
This activity is aligned with 4th grade common core standards, but can also be used for 3rd grade and 5th grade.
Brief Overview of Game: Every time a student goes, they must answer a question correctly from the cards in order to roll and move their piece. Then the game is played the same way as chutes and ladders. Watch your piece climb up the ladders to victory!

I tried this out with my students first and they absolutely loved it! The best part is they were reviewing everything they need to know about measurement while they were playing!
