Great review for tests on identifying angles in 2-dimensional shapes and classifying lines and line segments. Print out the pages and hang them around your room. Students work independently or with a small group to visit each continent. Their first obstacle comes as they will look to match the continent marked with an X with the continent on their answer sheet. If they are in the correct continent and have the correct answers they can advance to another continent. If students get one or more answers incorrect, they have to go back to the continent until they get it right. Students will visit you after each continent to make sure they can visit a new continent.
Have students fold two sheets of notebook paper in half like a book. Then have them write the names of the 7 continents. One continent name at the top of each page. Then number each page 1-4. This will serve as their recording sheet during the expedition.
