Measurement Practice Activity - Nearest One Half Inch
In this measurement practice activity, students will have the opportunity to practice measuring objects to the nearest one half inch.
Students are to measure the drawings of objects on the first two pages of the activity. Measurements should be taken of the longest (lengths) dimensions of all objects. All measurements will be in either whole or half inches. The third page can be used for students to shade (with pencil or crayon) each measurement. There is room for students to write the names of the measured objects beside the correct number if you wish. We have included a key so students may self-check.
NOTE: This activity requires that the sheets be printed actual size so that the measurements will be correct.
