These puzzles are great for math centers or group activities. Just print and cut apart: your students will do the rest. Students will build understanding standard and metric measurement through choosing the tool required for the measurement, an example of an every day object that represents that measurement, and converting between common units of measure.
NOTE: The QR code for this product is currently not working. It is being sold for a discounted price until I get those fixed. I will update you when they are fixed, until then your students will still have fun solving the puzzle and they can check their work using a paper copy.
To Prepare per group (or per center):
Print pages 3-11. Cut apart each puzzle into 5 pieces. Mix puzzle pieces for each set and place in a bag or other container so that you have one set for each group.
Have students work together to put 5 pieces together that match until they have all 9 puzzles complete.
Let students use QR reader to access an image for each puzzle to check for correctness.
Distribute one puzzle piece to each student and have them use them to find matching values to form a group.
