Object of the game: To be the player with the most chips at the end of the game
Materials: A standard deck of playing cards, game cards and counting chips
How to Play:
Place game cards in the center of the group and flip the top card. One player will shuffle and deal out 7 playing cards to each player. A = 1, J = 11, Q = 12, K = 13. Each player will look at their cards and will try to find 3 cards that meet the game card requirement Players collect chips by following these rules:
- Players get 1 chip for meeting the game card requirement
- The person whose 3 cards have the biggest range get an extra 2 chips
- If a player can not use their cards to meet the game card requirement, they must
turn over all of their cards for the group to see. If someone is able to find 3
cards that work, that player takes another chip.
If no one is able to meet the game card requirement, each person is dealt another card. This continues until someone is able to meet the game card requirement.
Once each person has collected their chips, one player will collect all the cards, shuffle and deal again. Play continues until the teachers calls time or until all of the game cards have been used.
