Measures of Variability Solve and Color - Even middle school students love to color! This is an easy prep way to keep students practicing math while having fun. So many ways to use this coloring activity: substitute, small group, extra practice, assignment after testing, homework, or a quick reinforcement activity. Students solve 8 problems calculating measure of variability (IQR and MAD) and then color a picture the appropriate color to correspond with the solution. Data is displayed in dot plots, tables, and as a data set.
