Choose from four graphs as you measure and record growth of an amaryllis (purchased from your local store.) The graphs include:
Measuring in Inches (2 options)
This graph records growth of up to 15 inches and allows the user to write in the number of days or use 30 days marked in 5-day increments. Some users will record growth daily for 30 days while others may wish to set the scale for every 2 or 3 days and record for a longer period of time. When recording in inches, I suggest measuring to the nearest half inch.
Unit of Measure – User Choice (2 options)
This version allows the user to determine the unit of measure and scale used for height. If you use centimeters, for example, students will need to estimate ultimate growth in order to set the scale; each space might represent 2 or 3 centimeters.
Please note: no graphs are included that show all numbers for days 1-30. (Space didn't allow it, so graphs with days show 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30.) Teachers or students may write in the days on a blank version if they wish to include all numerals, 1-30.
