This is an activity or formative assessment you can use to observe students' measuring performance. It is made for a Family and Consumer Sciences Foods based classes where measuring is critical. Our implementation of this activity helped students focus on measuring correctly and accurately and our summative assessment scores also increased.

Ingredients measured: Flour, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Shortening and Liquids.

Included is the measuring performance test paper, the test strips, and the instructions.
