This includes three different activities to practice measuring and estimating.
The first activity the kids measure the room. For each object they will measure in centimeters and inches.
The second activity the kids do different actions with a pom pom to hit on distance. First they have to estimate how far each pom pom will go given the action. I then take the kids outside and they get to do different things such as kick it or throw it. This also practices measuring when the distance is more than one ruler length. The last step is to answer questions using the results.
The last activity the kids have to follow a set of rules to draw a bedroom. The rules say how wide or tall different items have to be.
