Three Media Literacy lessons/activities with teacher directions and templates for student use.

This Mini Unit includes three individual lessons for teaching Media Literacy and information to make an anchor chart.

Lesson 1: Create cereal box ads - including a planning sheet for your cereal box and a practice cereal box template. The finial product will be on construction or butcher paper covering the cereal box.

Lesson 2: Create a class newspaper or magazine - including the different roles students will play in putting together the class newspaper or magazine. How you choose to assemble the final product is your choice. :)

Lesson 3: Create a class billboard - including a practice planning page. Each student can write down their idea for a class billboard, but the final product will go on a large piece of butcher paper, and each student will add their own piece to it.
