Product Description
You work hard as a school counselor to ensure students are learning peaceful conflict resolution skills and are able to communicate their thoughts, feelings and needs. You host a mediation between two or more students and come up with a written agreement. You send it home, parents, teachers and administrators are made aware of the agreement. Now what? How often do you take the time to follow up on these issues? Taking the time to implement a mediation satisfaction survey is guaranteed to do three important things: 1. show students you care, want to hear their voice, thoughts, feelings and opinions and want to follow up, even after a compromise was reached 2. show parents you are staying on top of their child's social and emotional concerns and what to know how things have been going after leaving your office 3. provides an opportunity to review expectations and to ensure everyone is living up to their end of the agreement to promote peace and restorative justice
