Spring and summer are wonderful times to learn about wildflowers that grow in the forest, on the meadow or in your own garden. Many of those flowers are medicinal plants and herbs. These beautiful cards will help children to identify those plants. It will be very interesting for children to collect those flowers during the walk or field trip and flower press them.
You can use these 3-part cards for vocabulary expanding. They will be a great addition to your Montessori botany shelves or classroom science area.
The set of cards includes
such plants as Calendula, Celandine, Chamomile, Echinacea, Milk Thistle, Nettle, Saffron, St. Johns Wort, Valerian, Wormwood, Yarrow, Tansy.
