Product Description
The Medicine Wheel is a symbol that has been used for millennia by Indigenous groups in Canada and the United States. It is a sacred symbol for many things that occur in groups of four - the four sacred medicines (sage, cedar, tobacco, and sweetgrass), the four phases of life (infant, child/teenager, adult, elder) and the four parts of a person (physical, spiritual, mental and emotional). This activity briefly introduces the medicine wheel and students use the wheel to set goals in a holistic way.
