"Mellow Mindful Now" is a mindfulness poem to be recited by students or teachers when they are feeling anxious or frustrated. The poem is written in sequential alphabetical pairs which allows the mind time to refocus as one needs to stop and think about the next pair of words. Breathing out on every second word also helps to calm one's thinking brain.
