Product Description
Overview: A biography is the story of a person's life written by someone else. A biographer deals with facts instead of creating the stories and characters found in fictional writing. Sometimes the person chosen to write about is a hero, perhaps not well known, but making contributions that should be recognized. By researching, taking notes with differentiated graphic organizers to meet the needs of all students, and writing a biography of one of the players from the Age of the Negro Baseball Leagues, students will use their writing skills to understand the great contributions, influence, and struggles of these "Men the Majors Forgot".
