The Mental Health and Mindfulness Journal is a mini digital journal for students (and teachers) to start reflecting on mental health & mindfulness. With over 30 slides, this resource guides students through different components of both mental health and mindfulness, as they watch videos, reflect, journal, and complete interactive activities.

Resource was made in collaboration with Nicole, Caffeinate And Educate, and includes an introduction to mental health and mindfulness through the following topics for a total of 14 journal prompts + 14 interactive DIGITAL activities:

*Beginning with Noticing
*Noticing my Feelings
*Noticing my Space
*Noticing my Thoughts
*Noticing my Efforts
*Noticing my Mind, Body, and Heart

Mental Health Topics include: A brief introduction, checking in on your feelings, acknowledging multiple feelings at once, understanding anxiety, positive self-talk & affirmation, comparing yourself to you, and self-care.
Mindfulness Topics include: A brief introduction, breath work, embracing discomfort, mindful moments, taking control of your thoughts, staying present, and setting intentions.

MULTIPLE FORMATS INCLUDED: digital for all activities, or printable for journal entries only.

**This resource contains several links to videos that you and/or students will need to be able to access via YouTube.  We will do our best to monitor the links on the videos and update the resource as necessary.
