Product Description

There are events and people that always seek to be a distraction to us. First, you have to decide what is a priority in your life and work. Then, you have to put boundaries up against the things and people that seek to distract you from the priorities. It is a mental and personal fence you put up to protect the priorities inside the fence from those that are attacking from outside.

Two other real enemies of mental toughness are stress and fear. Many times, these two are the same thing with different faces. Stress is often caused because we fear something like failure, embarrassment, or loss. Remember, you only have “X” amount of mental and emotional energy. If you waste this energy on things like fear and stress, then you won’t have enough to keep yourself focused on success.
