As part of Nutrition Unit, students will utilize the internet, family recipes, etc to complete a healthy meal plan for one full week using the following criteria:
Sunday: all meals must reflect Whole Foods
Monday: all meals must reflect Low-Glycemic Foods

I prep my students by saying that they are now a parent responsible for planning healthy meals for their family. I point my students to website resources such as Bulletproof.com, AgainstAllGrain.com, Livestrong.com, etc. Students can work independently or with partners. Standards and Rubric included!
