This packet includes 3 fun and engaging Christmas math activities in which the students solve multiplication problems with 2 or 3 digit factors multiplied by a 1 digit factor. After completing the computation, students then have number riddles to solve in order to figure out a letter/number code to find the “mystery “ holiday phrase.
The riddles include a mixed skill review of a variety of numeration and place value clues such as even, odd, rounding, ones, tens, and hundreds place, etc. Once each riddle is solved, the corresponding letter is added to the blank phrase in the middle of the page.
An answer key is provided for each worksheet. I have included one of the three worksheets for you to view in the preview in order to determine if this is an activity appropriate for your class.
