Product Description
This project is easily adapted to multiple level of learners. The first step(worksheet) in this project is a comparison table of Mesopotamia and Egypt. The table is broken down into many categories such as: religion, resources, location, setting, trade, government, inventions, and famous people. This can be assigned as group or individual. I have provided an answer key. The next step in this project would be to complete a venn diagram using the table. They will categorize information they have found and gain an understanding of some of the similarities and differences of these two civilizations. The last step in this project is a compare and contrast essay. I have provided an outline for a four paragraph essay that explains what information should be included in each paragraph. I also supply a few sample sentences starters. This outline can be edited and scaffolding removed to accommodate more advanced writers that need less assistance.
