This is a fun and self-checking way for students to practice identifying equivalent measurements between units within the metric system (millimeters, centimeters, and meters). You can have your students work individually or with partners to complete this activity. Students start at any card, solve the problem, then search for the card with their answer. Students record the letter of the card with the answer and solve the new problem. Four of the answers are decimals.
This file has twelve cards, a student recording sheet with directions, and an answer key. This scavenger hunt works well as a small group station and as a whole group activity
