A metric scavenger hunt is a fun way for students to review and practice measurement. In this activity, students will search for objects in their backpacks and around the room that are as close as possible to a given length, volume, or mass. The student(s) with the closest measurements can win a prize!

Materials Needed: Meter sticks, triple beam balances or electronic scales, and an assortment of beakers/graduated cylinders.
