A guide to metric units used in the physical sciences condensed down to one page. Includes two charts. One chart describes prefixes used in the metric system (milli, kilo, giga…), the symbols associated with each prefix, and its factor relative to 1. The other chart describes measurements of several quantities (time, velocity, frequency, electric potential, pressure…), what they are measured in (seconds, Kelvin, Joules, Ohms, Tesla…) and commonly used mathematical relationships that describe the measurements in relation to one another (Velocity is m/s, Newton is (kg*m)/s^2, Electrical resistance is V/A....). These are EXCELLENT to use as a first-of-the-year handout or as a reminder on test day!
