This Mexico Country Study Research Project contains the following:

Page One: What I knew before about Mexico.

Students fill this out prior to their research on Mexico so they can then reflect back on how much they have learnt at the end of the study.

Page Two: The Place. Locate Mexico on a world map and list five fun facts about Mexico.

Page Three: The Place. Color in the continent of North America on a world map and highlight the true sentences about North America.

Page Four: The Place. Draw Mexico's flag and color it in correctly. Explain the symbolism of two colors/ images used in the Mexican flag.

Page Five: The Place. What items would you pack in your suitcase if you were on an adventure to Mexico?

Page Six: The People. Name of people who live in Mexico, world population rank number, population size, and mini-research project on a famous person from Mexico.

Page Seven: The People. Draw a Mexican outfit. Comes with girl version, boy version, and person version to cater to all gender identifications.

Page Eight: The People. The current leader of Mexico: name of current leader, date leadership commenced, date of birth, and gender. Draw the face of the leader of Mexico. What I think being the leader of Mexico would be like.

Page Nine: The People. Draw the bedroom of a child living in Mexico.

Page Ten: The History. A historical event from Mexico: draw the event, name the event, and describe what happened.

Page Eleven: The History. Writing prompt. Travelling back in time to Mexico.

Page Twelve: The History. Historical event date sort of Mexico.

Page Thirteen: The History. Write and illustrate a comic book strip of a historical event in Mexico.

Page Fourteen: The Culture. What is Cinco de Mayo?

Page Fifteen: The Culture. Writing prompt. Winning a trip to Mexico to attend Cinco de Mayo first hand.

Page Sixteen: The Culture. Draw an advertisement for a Cinco de Mayo food dish.
