The MAIN PRODUCT is a powerpoint presentation of the criminal legal problems of the late Michael Jackson. This material includes the following:
Jordan Chandler refused to testify against Jackson in any criminal trial. Nevertheless, Chandler’s father obtained a fifteen million dollar civil settlement from Jackson paid by his insurance company. This was the case where it was determined Jackson's health would not survive any more fighting against Chandler’s father. There was much subsequent evidence that the Chandler case was fabricated by Chandler’s father. Most convincingly, Jordan Chandler, after Jackson’s death, came forward to say publicly that his father had made him lie. His father later killed himself at age 65. Even though he was a dentist in Beverly Hills at the time of his Jackson accusation, Chandler was way behind in his child support payments to his ex, June, over $50,000 behind. He also felt he had been unfairly overlooked in becoming a famous show biz screenwriter himself and Jackson had not helped him realize his dream. Chandler ended up destroying the entire family over his pursuit of this case against Jackson.
The Gavin Arvizo case was an actual county prosecutor's case. As the Jackson case unwound, it became clear that the mother was seriously psychiatrically disturbed and should be under professional care. The prosecution, defense and jury members all noticed her extreme emotional states while testifying. Janet Arvizo went to see the same lawyer and child psychologist used by the Chandlers. When she spoke to Dr. Katz about Michael Jackson being a child molester, Katz told her that he didn’t think Jackson was a pedophile but instead a “regressed ten year old.” Jackson's lawyers subpoenaed in April 2004 the psychiatric reports she had been forced to submit to in another lawsuit. They submitted her mental condition to the court with those confirming reports constantly, stating in their documents that, “The complaining mother is a paranoid schizophrenic with sexual delusions who infuses those delusions on her children”.
People of the State of California v. Conrad Robert Murray was the Involuntary manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray for causing Jackson's death on June 25, 2009, from a massive overdose of the general anesthetic Propofol along with other prescribed drugs. At trial, Murray’s lawyers tried defending by stating that while Murray was out of the room, Jackson administered the Propofol to himself and immediately died. The Chief of forensic pathology at the coroner's office, testified as to the results of the autopsy he had done on Jackson on June 26, 2009. After toxicological analysis, he determined the cause of death to be acute propofol intoxication. He classed it a homicide. He testified that Murray administered too much propofol and that the "circumstances do not support self-administration.” He testified it was likely that "Murray was estimating the doses and accidentally gave too much.”
