Product Description
This is what is called a micro-argument- students must write a compelling one paragraph argument on which of the two khans, Genghis Khan or Kublai Khan, was the more successful leader and why.

Students start by doing a double bubble to compare and contrast the two leaders. Then using this, they must write their argument.

I have included in this zip file:
1. Powerpoint slides with directions for doing the double bubble.
2. Word document: double bubble frame template.
3. World document: directions on writing the micro-argument with specific directions for the students on what to write, sentence stem starters, how to type it and what it will be graded on.
4. PDF answer key (hand-written) of my double bubble.
