In Microscope Madness, students rotate through 8 lab stations in which they explore the history of microscopes, work on their skills using the compound light microscope, and make observations at the microscopic level.
Students work in groups of 3 or 4 and have about 5-6 minutes per lab station. Each student records his/her own observations and answers in his/her own lab packet.
