Microsoft Word 2010 Activity- Creating Tables in Word- June 2017 Calendar
Note: Thumb nail images a little messed up. Text takes up both pages and pictures not over text. Will look fine when download.
This fun assignment can be used in a Microsoft Office/Keyboarding, etc. class. This assignment consists of students creating a table that looks like a calendar page for the month of June 2017. It will look so beautiful when they are done creating it. Students can use it as a countdown to summer vacation. It will be fun to create and teach students all the different things one can use to create/customize tables in Word. It is a lot of fun and students will really enjoy creating the table. This is so much more fun to do then what you find in the boring high school textbooks!
While creating this cool table students will learn the following objectives:

• To type text in a table
• To merge cells together
• To insert Clip Art and/or Internet images into a table
• To change text direction
• To change the width and height of rows and columns

Students can use the easy step-by step directions to either do alone or you can do it with them as a class.
