Sometimes some of the most difficult teacher evaluation conferences you will have, are with those teachers who are doing a good job. It is easy to say “keep up the good work” or ask if they have any areas you can support them. We know this is not always the most effective practice for creating teacher growth, nor does it allow for connected discussion between evaluator and evaluatee. This document will help guide your discussion with teachers who you are evaluating and provides a framework for that discussion. This document meets requirements for documentation that such a discussion and support has occurred by the evaluator.
