Product Description
This is a version of "Around the World", a fast-paced geography game in which students can use an atlas or work from memory to move their way around an area of the world. This version is based on the countries of the Middle East. Simply print out the cards and copy onto card stock. Laminate the squares for greater durability. Distribute the cards around the room. The card with the paw on the top begins, and the card with the paw on the bottom should be the last card read. During the first few rounds, students should use atlases to locate the countries and capitals as the game moves around the map. Directions: starting with the first card, students should read their card aloud, and the student who has the answer should respond by reading their card, as the play is passed around the room.
